Frequently asked questions
How do I convert a file from another app?
Tap Share in Mail, Files, Telegram or any other app and choose PDF to Word. You can also open PDF to Word and pick files from the Files app.
Where are my converted files?
In the Recent list on the app's home screen. Tap a file to open it, share it or save it to Files.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open Settings in PDF to Word and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought Pro with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In PDF to Word, open Settings and tap Manage Subscription. You can also open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose the PDF to Word subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date and you will not be charged for the next period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
The converted document looks different from the original. What can I do?
Complex layouts can shift slightly. If the file contains nothing private, send it to us with a short description and we will use it to improve the converter.
